If you cancel your order, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the correct color or size, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
