✅ Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect in color or size, please contact our customer support team within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
To process your claim efficiently, kindly provide the following:
▶ Photos of the front and back of the packaging box
▶ Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
▶ A brief description of the issue and your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
⚠️ Please do not discard the packaging or the product before contacting us, as we may require additional information or evidence for claims related to shipping damage.

✅ Right of Withdrawal
If the product does not meet your expectations or you no longer need it, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided:
* The item is unused and in its original condition
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Please contact our support team for return instructions and the return address.

✅ Incorrect Delivery Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be held 99% liable for the delivery failure. If you realize an address error, please contact us immediately. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

✅ Refund Processing Time
Please note that international payment processing may take longer. The exact time frame depends on your original payment method and financial institution.

✅ Price Protection
If the price of a product drops within 72 hours of your purchase, we will refund the difference.

✅ Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same product available at a lower commercial price elsewhere online, let us know! In most cases, we’ll beat the price. Simply visit the product page on our website and click “Price Match” to make a claim.

✅ Warranty & Repair Service
Most of our products are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and entitles you to a free repair when applicable.

⚠️ Please note:
Consumable items are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, products such as batteries, charging cables, filters, wearable accessories, cleaning tools, and any other items that naturally wear out over time or through normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:
1. Clear photos or videos showing the problem
2. A detailed description of the issue
3. The product’s model number and your original order number
Once our team confirms the issue, you may return the item for repair.

Before sending the item back:
* Please erase all personal data (e.g., contacts, files, messages) if applicable. WIDQ is not responsible for any data left on returned items.
* All returns must be shipped via standard postal services. We will not accept shipments sent via express couriers that may incur customs duties.

After dispatching your return, email the following to your sales manager or support@widq.com:
* Model number of the returned item
* Tracking number of the shipment
* Order number and description of the issue

Warranty Type 1. The item received is wrong.
