How to register an account?
1. Click “Account” in the upper right corner of our homepage;
2. You will see a login page, click “Create Account” below, where you can add your email address to create a new account; otherwise, you can log in using Facebook or Twitter.
3. Check the inbox of your email address; you will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
4. Congratulations! You are now part of the WIDQ community!
What if I forget my password?
You can click “Lost” on the login page to reset your password if you forget it.
1. Click “Lost”;
2. Fill in the required information and continue;
3. Receive an email to reset your password.
Why didn't I receive the confirmation email?
We are sorry that you cannot receive the confirmation email.
You can check this issue in the following ways:
1. Please check if your email address is registered
2. Please check your spam/junk or trash folder
3. Please confirm if you accept the privacy policy
4. Please click here to resubscribe emails
5. Add the following domain to the whitelist in the mailbox settings: widq.com
If the problem still cannot be solved after that, you can send us a screenshot of the error message and contact our customer service for more help. We will give the information to the relevant department and solve it as soon as possible.
How do I enable Two-factor authentication (2FA)?
My Account – Account Security – can be set up using Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
New User Gifts
(1) What are New Users?
A new user is a user who has successfully registered but has not successfully placed an order. New User Gifts are only available to new users.

New User Gifts include coupon packages: $5, $10, $20, $50. Register and receive 200 points (worth $2)

How does WIDQ ship your order and how long does it take to deliver?
Packages from China warehouses can be delivered in 8 days at the earliest and the latest depending on the situation. The specific delivery time will be displayed on the product details page when you place an order and varies for different countries and different logistics methods.
If you have not received your item long after the delivery time, please contact us. WIDQ will verify your situation and negotiate with you a compensation solution, such as a refund/resend, etc.
Note:
Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, and any other events beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

What are coupons?
Coupons are a great way to save extra money on your order. You can use coupons issued by WIDQ to reduce the cost of your order when placing an order.
Rules
1. Only 1 coupon can be used per order.
2. Minimum purchase amount does not include shipping costs.
3. The minimum purchase amount is based on the original price of the product.
4. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other types of discounts.
How to get coupons?
You can get coupons in the following ways:
1. In My Coupons
All new users receive coupons, click My Coupons on the My Account homepage.
2. On the “Get Coupons” page
During special promotions, such as our Anniversary Sale and Black Friday, you will find different activities or games to win coupons.
How to use a coupon?
You can use a coupon when placing an order. Here’s how to use it:
1. Make sure you know when to use a coupon
New users will get several coupons, check the coupons in My Coupons.
When using a coupon, please pay attention to the following points:
– Minimum purchase
– Validity period
Tips:
– Unless your order reaches the minimum purchase, the price will not be adjusted.
– Coupons cannot be used during the invalid period.
2. Place an order
Select the product you want, add it to the shopping cart to place the order, and the corresponding coupon will be displayed.
3. Use the coupon when confirming the order
You will then be taken to the order confirmation page where you need to confirm your order and use your coupon. There are two ways to add a coupon:
3.1. Select the coupon you got.
3.2. Apply the coupon code you copied earlier, click “Use”, or automatically apply the coupon, and the discount rate or rebate will be deducted from the total.
Note: Shipping costs are not included when calculating discounts and using coupons. If you cannot use a coupon, check whether the order price without shipping costs meets the coupon usage rules.
Sometimes, it seems that there is no coupon available. In this case, you can check the following:
1. Do you meet the minimum spending requirement? If not, you can add more products to the shopping cart.
2. Is your coupon still valid? If the coupon has expired or is not yet valid, you cannot use it in your order.
Why doesn't my coupon work?
If your coupon doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us.
Please note that there are some cases where coupons cannot be used. Here are some of the most common scenarios:

Here are some of the most common scenarios:
(1) The coupon has expired;
(2) The coupon has been used;
(3) This coupon has usage restrictions, including user type, user level, applicable country, etc.
(4) The coupon code was entered incorrectly;
(5) Coupons cannot be used for products with the “Promotion” label, as follows:
– Limited-time sale products
– Products that are part of a special promotion
– Special dropshipping products
– Products that are only discounted for a limited time
– Products with the “VIP” or “CUT” label

How much are WIDQ points worth?

WIDQ Points validity period
WIDQ points are calculated periodically, i.e. 365 days is one period.
How can I earn more WIDQ points?

How can I get more WIDQ points?
If you want to upgrade to a higher level, you need to earn more points by shopping.
$1 = 1 point.
For example, Customer A has 4900 points (VIP1 member), he/she places an order of $100, and after receiving it, he/she signs for it and will get 100 points, a total of 5000 points, and upgrade to VIP2 (enjoy more benefits).
Why aren't my points updated?
You will receive WIDQ points within 24 hours after your review, photo, video or other review has been approved by us. Generally, you can only write one review per product or service using your member ID. If you would like to update your review or have a problem with your total points, please contact us.

How to calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product, warehouse, destination, and the shipping method you choose.
Shipping costs change frequently and it is difficult to have a fixed shipping cost. You can check the specific shipping costs on the product page or checkout page. (We can provide free shipping for some countries, and will cover more countries in the future)
You can check the specific shipping costs by following the steps below:
1. Open the product and find “CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME”;
2. Select the correct shipping country/region;
3. Click “CALCULATION”;
4. The estimated shipping costs for each available delivery will be displayed;
If you need more detailed information about the shipping costs for each region, please feel free to contact customer service.
How to save shipping costs?
1. The WIDQ store often has free shipping promotions, you can order from them and save shipping costs.
2. If time conditions permit, it is recommended to choose the cheapest shipping method to save costs.
3. Standard shipping is currently the cheapest shipping method on our website. If you feel that other shipping methods have higher shipping costs, you can choose standard shipping.

Payment
PayPal Payment
You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank account to PayPal to purchase some of our products. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.
1. Log in to your PayPal account or use a credit card shortcut;
2. Enter your bank card information and click “Submit”;
3. Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your email address;
Note:
Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please make sure it is correct and complete.

How do I exercise my rights to PayPal Buyer Protection?
If you do not receive your order or one of the products is significantly different from its description, you are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, which covers the price of the item and shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as you realize that there may be a problem with your order.
You are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection if your case meets the following criteria:
.The item was purchased on WIDQ;
.You paid using PayPal;
.You submit only one claim per PayPal payment;
.You opened the case within 45 calendar days of the date of the PayPal payment and, if necessary, escalated it to a claim no later than 20 calendar days after opening the case;
.You meet the requirements for PayPal Buyer Protection outlined in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.

How can I pay if PayPal is not available in my country?
If PayPal is not available in your country, you can use other methods to pay for your order.
Bank transfer payment
We accept bank transfer payments:
If you need a bank transfer, please contact your account manager.
Notes:
1. This payment method cannot be refunded directly, and communication is required.
2. We cannot refund directly to this payment method if you request a refund. If you choose to remit via PayPal, the total refund amount will be reduced because you need to pay all PayPal processing fees. PayPal charges a commission based on your PayPal account rate.
